Fix User ID vs Contact ID mismatches in Transactions, Offers, and Participants
⚠️ ADMIN ONLY - ONE-TIME MIGRATION
This tool fixes buyer_id/seller_id fields that contain Contact IDs instead of User IDs. It updates Transaction.buyer_user_id/seller_user_id, Offer.buyer_user_id/seller_user_id, and TransactionParticipant.user_id to use correct User.id values.
