Odis One is a peer-to-peer real estate technology platform. We connect buyers and sellers directly to facilitate property transactions without requiring traditional agent representation.

We do not:

• Represent buyers or sellers in any transaction
• Provide legal or tax advice of any kind
• Act as a licensed real estate brokerage
• Owe fiduciary duties to any platform user

Use of this platform does not create an agency relationship between Odis One and any user. All AI-generated content, recommendations, and document templates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

Users are solely responsible for the following:

• The accuracy and completeness of their property listings
• The legality of any contracts they enter into
• The conduct of their negotiations with other parties
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local real estate laws
• Ensuring all disclosures required by Texas law are made to the other party

Important: We strongly recommend that all users consult with a licensed attorney before signing any binding documents, including but not limited to purchase agreements, contracts, and addenda.

Odis One is not a party to any real estate transaction facilitated through the platform. We provide tools and infrastructure to assist buyers, sellers, and title companies — we do not take sides, hold funds, or adjudicate disputes.

Any disputes regarding the following must be resolved directly between the Buyer, Seller, and Title Company:

• Property condition and undisclosed defects
• Earnest money deposits and disbursement
• Closing timelines and delays
• Contract terms and performance
• Option fee payments and termination rights

Odis One will cooperate with legal requests but cannot compel any party to perform under a contract or mediate transaction disputes.

Odis One provides verification badges — including ID Verification and Background Check indicators — to help platform users make informed decisions about who they interact with.

These verification badges are for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

• A guarantee of a user's character, trustworthiness, or moral standing
• A certification of financial stability or creditworthiness
• An endorsement by Odis One of any particular user
• A warranty against fraudulent conduct by verified users

Users should exercise their own judgment and perform independent due diligence when interacting with other parties on the platform.
